SuperSonic SC-910VHF Dual Fixed-Channel VHF Wireless Microphone System - 2 Handheld Mics, 100ft Range, XLR and 1/4in Outputs, Aluminum Case
SuperSonic SC-910VHF Dual Fixed-Channel VHF Wireless Microphone System
At a Glance
- What it is: A two-microphone wireless system with a dual-antenna receiver - the affordable way to get two people on wireless mics.
- Range: Up to 100 ft line of sight, on VHF (190-216 MHz).
- Outputs: 2 x XLR (one per mic) plus a 1/4-inch mixed output.
- Battery: Up to 4 hours per mic on AA batteries - and four AAs are included.
- In the box: Receiver, two handheld mics, cable, power adapter, batteries, and an aluminum carrying case.
- ⚠ Before you buy: The two channels are FIXED, not selectable. If a local TV station or another mic sits on your frequency, you cannot tune away from it. If you need to choose frequencies, buy a selectable-channel UHF system instead.
Two wireless microphones, a receiver with two independent antennas, XLR outputs so it plugs into a real mixer, and an aluminum case to carry the lot. For a school hall, a small church, a karaoke night or a wedding toast, this is a complete system rather than a microphone with an adapter - and the batteries come in the box.
Key Features
- Two handheld dynamic microphones. Both live at once, on two independent fixed channels.
- Dual-antenna receiver. Two antennas means fewer dropouts as people move around a room.
- Real XLR outputs. Two balanced XLR outs, one per mic, plus a 1/4-inch mixed output - it plugs into a proper mixer or a powered speaker.
- 100 ft of range. Line of sight, on VHF.
- Aluminum carrying case. The whole system travels and stores as one unit.
- Batteries included. Four AA batteries in the box - about 4 hours per set.
- Clean audio spec. 50 Hz - 15 kHz response, 89 dB signal-to-noise, THD under 0.15%.
Before You Buy
- Fixed channels, not selectable. This is the honest limitation of the system. Two locked VHF frequencies. If something else is on that frequency in your venue, you cannot move. Selectable-frequency UHF is the fix - the SC-920UHF and SC-930UHF.
- AA batteries, not rechargeable. About 4 hours per set of AAs. Some retailer listings claim a rechargeable battery. They are wrong. Buy rechargeable AAs and a charger.
- VHF, not UHF. Shorter usable range and more interference-prone than UHF. That is the trade at this price.
- No built-in speaker. It is a microphone system, not a PA. You need a mixer, a powered speaker or an amp.

Frequently Asked Questions▼
Can I change the frequency if there is interference?
No. This is a fixed-channel system. If you need selectable frequencies, choose a UHF system such as the SC-920UHF or SC-930UHF.
Are the microphones rechargeable?
No. They run on AA batteries - four are included, and a set lasts about 4 hours. Rechargeable AAs work fine.
How do I connect it to a speaker?
Two XLR outputs, one per mic, plus a 1/4-inch mixed output. Run those into a mixer, a powered speaker or an amplifier.
Does it have a built-in speaker?
No. It is a microphone system - you supply the amplification.
How far will it reach?
Up to 100 ft with line of sight.
Care & Use▼
- Remove the batteries if the microphones will be stored for a long period.
- Store the system in its aluminum case - that is what it is for.
- Keep the receiver antennas upright and in line of sight of the microphones.
- Do not point a live microphone at a speaker - feedback is a speaker-killer.
