Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A: Yes! Tracking information is provided for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For LTL freight shipments, a PRO tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery status directly with the freight carrier.

Packaging & Safe Delivery

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: At CurbGo, all orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Smaller items are securely boxed with appropriate protective materials, and larger freight items are palletized and wrapped to withstand LTL shipping. We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers who have strong track records for safe delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or something is missing from my order?
A: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at help@curbgoshop.com. We ask that you retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage if possible, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly. We will work with you promptly to make it right.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at help@curbgoshop.com and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective item.

Q: Are all items in your store in stock and ready to ship?
A: We strive to keep our inventory accurate and up to date. Most items are in stock and ready to ship within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock or has an extended lead time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
