We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, CurbGo will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you may choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method (typically processed within 5–7 business days), or
- An exchange for another item of equal value.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return and we will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
