Great cooking pot
While I'm used to a crock pot with low, med, or high options, I'm excited to have something that works in many ways. It's large which is a bonus, not just because of the QT size. Having the accessories is also nice bonus. It heats up fast so watch your temp. Don't treat this like an oven and think you can cook slow 4-6 hrs at 300 degrees. Easy to clean since you remove it from the base. The pan is deep and light weight.
