I was on the hunt for a unique set of dishware that would be both elegant and rugged enough to handle the use of our ever growing family. I purchased two sets of four of Elama. The dishware arrived yesterday. They are beautiful! I can't wait to use them for our next family gathering. I checked each dish before washing. Not one piece was chipped or broken in transit. I was delighted to find out that Elama extends their 30 day Warranty at no cost for a FULL year. They seem eager to keep their customers happy.

The Elama Luxurious Mellow dinnerware set looks even better in person. The soft, modern design adds a nice touch to the table without being too flashy. Each piece feels sturdy and well-made, not too heavy, but definitely not flimsy. They hold up great in the dishwasher and microwave, with no chips or fading so far. Perfect for everyday use, but nice enough for guests too. Great value for a full 16-piece set.

we purchased two sets of this dinnerware on Nov. 30 2023. It arrived on time and in perfect shape. They are beautiful and match the advertised pictures and description perfectly. We have used all plates, bowls and mugs every day since then and they still look brand new. a little over a couple of months ago I banged one of the plates and got a big chip on the edge of the one of the small plates. Totally my fault. It was a hard bang and I was surprised that it did not completely break. I called elama and explained what has happened. The support was so nice and professional. Without asking any questions about what has happened she got my information and after a few days I received a replacement plate. I was so happy and surprised with this level of the quality of service which is rare these days. I highly recommend this product to anybody who enjoys high quality dinnerware and values businesses who provide a flawless support.

This dinnerware was so well packaged for shipping. Not a chip or crack! I expect these dishes to last for many years to come and maintain their beauty for that long, too. They are sturdy and gorgeous at the same time. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because the color is off. They were supposed to be Powder Blue but the color is more of a dove gray. The color works in my kitchen so I'm keeping them. Just be aware of that when you order. Otherwise they are fabulous!

I bought a set of this Elama Dinnerware Mellow Blue as a gift for my wife. She loved them so much she asked me to buy another set. The dinnerware items (plates, saucers, bowls, and cups) are heavy and very well made. The items are very durable and have a beautiful design and finish. The finish has a hand thrown look. The plates are of a nice size with a good rim around the edges. The cups are large a little smaller than a mug and are perfect for drinking coffee. My wife likes to show-off her dinnerware to family and friends. We are very pleased with the Elama Dinnerware set and we highly recommend this Elama product. You will not be disappointed in the price, quality, durability, or appearance of the dinnerware items. We have recommended Elama products to several of our friends.

We absolutely love this set! They feel very sturdy and durable. The pattern is pretty and goes so well with the kitchen design. I like that the dishes have the curved edges too - holds in any food and liquids or juices nicely to minimize the spillage. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the raised dots on the outside of the dishware, but it seems to give it a nice texture that's easier to grip on to. I purchased two sets for our kitchen in case we have parties of up to 8 people. They do take up a little more space in the dishwasher than our last set, but it's so worth it. I was also a little worried about the quality being made in China, but they seem to be high quality. So far no scratches and it's been a couple weeks. Definitely recommend!

The design and colors are really pretty, although it's gray and not a blue tint as shown in my picture. I've had these for around a year and they've held up pretty good. We are a family of 4 with two preteen boys. We're not rough with the plates but not super careful either and plates and bowls will sometimes get stacked in the sink. About 4 pieces (plates and bowls) have gotten chips on the edge (such as in the picture I included) but are still functional. These plates have held up better from chipping than other stoneware sets I've had, but not as well as some others (reason for 4 stars). Another positive is that they do well in the microwave and don't get too hot to handle. I would buy them again.

I'm super particular with pretty much everything I purchase, so it took me forever to find a dish set that I liked. I saw these and immediately wanted to buy them. I read the reviews, and saw that a lot of people say the plates were gray and not blue. This worried me, as I redecorated my living room and kitchen with blue accents; but I loved the set so much that I risked it and bought them anyway. I happen to think the dishes look like how they're shown in the product photos, which is a blue/gray. It matters what you put around it though, meaning if you put these plates on a blue placemat/tablecloth, they'll appear more blue, and same goes for if you did a gray base. Keep in mind that these are hand spun or hand painted, not really sure of the technique, but each pattern will be slightly different. I love how the outside of the dishes are actually textured, so you can feel the design. The whole set is really cute and fits in perfect with the rest of the decor in our kitchen.

These dishes are so beautiful that they can be used for everyday or special occasions! I just got them, unpacked them, ran them through a dish washing cycle & used them for dinner last night. They are ceramic so they are sturdy, but can be chipped on the rims if not handled with some care. They came in a double box, and each item was very well packaged. None of the pieces were chipped, cracked or broken. We've have used these in the microwave & dishwasher without any problems. We buy from Elama because their designs are beautiful, have a wide variety & at a very affordable cost. We bought two sets (each was 4 settings), & paid less than $112.00! Most other sets we considered were 3x the cost & not near as beautiful or functional. Each of the set's pieces have a slightly different pattern on the outside, ie., the coffee cups are different from the bowls, which are different from the salad plates... They look wonderful & are functional when grasping or holding a piece. We can mix & match with our other set to have such a beautiful table for year round occasions. The dinner plates have a rounded edge that curves up from the flat bottom, which not only looks great, but reduces any food from going over the edges. Love these design concepts! Very functional for all ages while pleasing to look at! Haven't been this excited or pleased about buying/using dishes in a long time.
