Elama Malibu Sands 16-Piece Embossed Stoneware Dinnerware Set – White Sand Coastal (Service for 4)

I love this set, so much I want to replace items! One of the bowls broke (7 years later), are there replacement options? They are extremely hardy, travel well and hold up to everyday rough use. They’re heavy and I get so many compliments on them. I love the smooth enamel so my forks don’t sound like nails on a chalkboard, like with other plates.

Love these dishes!!! The colors are beautiful! All were in perfect condition except 1 bowl was chipped so I’m going to see about getting a replacement bowl for it. Overall, they are a great purchase!!

Pros; I bought a second 4 pc set of this dinnerware. I’ve had another set for over a year and I haven’t experienced any problems. No chips or marks on the plates from silverware. Bowls are a great size and so is coffee cup, which surprised me. I like the set so much I just bought this second set to complete a 8 pc set. I consider this a good buy. Cons: one of the bowls was broken so I requested a replacement. The request is so new that I haven’t a comment for that as of yet. That’s why only 4 stars at this time.

Beautiful set. Easy to pair other cookware and serving pieces that look like they were meant to go together. I love the coffee mugs. Perfect size and not too heavy. I appreciate the extended warranty promise. Very helpful. Terrific purchase. I definitely recommend Elama Dish set!

Love my new dishes. I ordered 3 sets and everything arrived without any damage! Everything was packed really well. Only issue was a small crack in one of the dinner plates and I believe this was a manufacturer defect. I also feel some of the bottoms of the plates are a bit rough, I may sand very lightly to keep them from scratching each other, but a very minor issue. I’ll let the company know about the defect but from what I’ve seen from other reviews I’m confident they’ll send a replacement. Highly recommend these dishes.

This is my second set of dishes from Elama. I’ve had my first set for 3 years and no chips. They are the perfect weight and so beautiful. I just bought the white and have the teal at our second home.

I love everything about my new stoneware it's beautiful. After reading many of the reviews I decided to purchase this stoneware, and I'm so happy that I did go ahead and purchase two sets in different colors. I love to mix to together. I love the cups and bowls in this set most.

I purchased 2 sets last year, but broke two plates so ordered another set. What I got did not come close to matching either the listing images or my previous order. Photos show comparison of items originally ordered vs. the new set recently ordered. Customer service was very helpful and sent another set, which overall was a better match although I still don't like it as much as my first sets. The product was out of stock and took several months to receive my replacement set, which was more consistent with the listing photos overall, so hopefully during that delay they were fixing their quality control issues.

I bought 2 sets of service for 4. Nothing was broken and everything is beautiful. Just one complaint is two of the dinner plates has SHARP debris on the bottom rim. The others are smooth. I will try to sand it off but this should be noticed by quality control. Also, Delivery was in two SEPARATE shipments delivered on the same day. Kind of odd, considering that I ordered them at the same time. Not a problem for me. It was just a hardship for the delivery person(s) to have two visits in the same day.

I have to say I am impressed and love my new set! It came in one piece nothing broke! I was worried they would be really heavy like a couple of reviews stated but they're actually not at all. I have dishes currently heavier than this. I love that the bowls are deep, perfect for soup or cereal! Mugs are cute and great for tea or coffee. I was also worried about the raised design but it's not really that bad. Only issue I had was one plate was not the same size and it sat lower than the others but the company (Elama) is replacing soon! All in all great dishes. And Elama is great too! Will do business again in the future!

I ordered these dishes to replace a set that I have had for years. I'm very picky about my purchases, so I spent a great deal of time searching for just the right item. These dishes had very good reviews. I received these this week and I'm very pleased. They look great; they are just the right weight (not too heavy nor too light); and I believe they will be durable. So many sets I looked at had plates and bowls that were oversized, but these are just right for cereal or a normal serving of soup. Did I say they are really pretty??? I have already ordered two more sets! VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE!

And somehow not a single piece was chipped or broken in the first box. I was truly shocked because when I saw the box they arrived in I was certain most of them would be smashed. The dishes are either very durable or I am extremely lucky. The second box looked just as bad (arrived a day later), and I only had one large plate with a minor chip on the rim, which I will be contacting Elama about to get a replacement. I'll post an update after that experience. I love the look of the dishes - each one looks uniquely painted and I'm excited to see how they stand up to my clutzy family. I bought one of the Seashell and White Sand (off-white) and one of the Malibu Waves (turquoise) to mix and match and they are lovely together. UPDATE: The warranty service was easy and fast! Elama shipped me a replacement plate and it arrived in an super well packed box to ensure it’s safe arrival. Their customer service was fantastic! My family has been using our new dinnerware and we love it! One thing that I really like about it is when you reheat food or liquids in the microwave the plates, bowls, and mugs do not become excessively hot but the food/liquids actually does. I highly recommend this dinnerware and am so happy with my purchase!!
