I absolutely love this tortilla maker! One thing to know is that you still need to roll out your flour tortillas first. I was hoping I could skip that step, but rolling them out gives the best results. Once they’re rolled, this machine cooks them beautifully. The tortillas puff up perfectly and taste amazing—fresh homemade tortillas every night! I did notice that the bottom heating plate seems a little hotter than the top, so you need to keep an eye on them and turn them as they cook to get even browning. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s easy to use, makes delicious tortillas, and has become a regular part of my kitchen.
