Brentwood's B-FH28 is the pan that stops you owning two pans. Stainless steel ridges are laser-etched in a hex pattern above a non-stick base, so eggs slide and steak browns, and a metal spatula rides on steel rather than on coating. The body is genuine 3-ply - stainless, aluminium core, stainless - so heat spreads evenly to the rim, the pan does not warp, and it works on induction. - It is a PTFE-family non-stick pan despite the stainless in the name: PFOA free, and Brentwood discloses the full chemistry
- Never preheat it empty: Add oil or food first. An empty non-stick pan on high heat is how coatings die
