A complete set, mugs included
Most 16-piece sets stop at plates and bowls and leave you to buy cups later. Noble Court puts four 12-ounce mugs in the box, so a household of four is set for coffee, cereal, and dinner from a single purchase.

There is no pattern or color to tire of or clash with your table. Clean white porcelain layers under any flatware, glass, and linen you already own, and it looks right for a weeknight bowl of soup or a dinner with guests.
The porcelain is microwave and dishwasher safe with no metallic trim to protect, so it goes from cold leftovers to a hot reheat to the dishwasher without a second thought, day after day.
A full service for four, sixteen pieces.
Many 16-piece sets swap the mugs for a second bowl, which means buying cups on their own later. Noble Court keeps four 12-ounce mugs in the set, so the table is complete out of the box.
Melamine is light and slow to chip but cannot go in the microwave. This porcelain can, so you reheat leftovers right on the plate instead of dirtying a second dish.
A printed pattern or color can date quickly and fight the rest of your table. Plain white stays neutral, so it mixes with any flatware and linens and does not go out of style.

Perfect inexpensive dishware set
I have two sets of this dishware. It is inexpensive, but durable. It comes only in white, and the dishes are plain. However, I was looking for functionality and not pizazz. The reason I bought two sets is that I use the cups, the bowls and the smaller plates all the time, and when I am finished with each item, I put it into the dishwasher. At one time, I dropped onto the floor and broke one bowl and another time, my husband knocked a cup onto the floor. It also broke. Therefore, it is not a big deal to replace them, as an entire set of 16 pieces is inexpensive. So, I recommend this dishware without any misgivings.

This is a very basic, but perfectly nice set of dishes. I recently moved and wanted something inexpensive, and this fit the bill.

Gibson builds dependable, everyday tableware, and the Noble Court set is its plainest and most versatile piece: clean white porcelain in a classic round shape, with no pattern to date it and mugs included so the table is complete. It is the kind of honest, complete set that furnishes a first kitchen or quietly replaces a chipped, mismatched cabinet.
Sixteen pieces including four mugs, microwave and dishwasher safe, service for 4.
