When a small fan just is not enough, the Vie Air 20 inch Industrial Drum Fan steps up. A heavy duty motor spins a five-blade metal drum to push high velocity air across garages, workshops, and gyms. Set the height, tilt the head a full 360 degrees, and blast air exactly where the job needs it.
Does this drum fan oscillate?
No. It is a directional fan with a 360 degree tilting head, so you set the angle and it holds it. For side to side coverage, aim the tilt toward the area you want to cover.
Can I change the height?
Yes. The fan mounts on an adjustable pedestal so you can raise or lower it to match your space.
Is it heavy?
Yes, it weighs about 33.7 pounds. That weight keeps it stable on high, so pick a spot where it can stay put.
Is assembly required?
Some assembly is needed to attach the drum head, pedestal, and base. It goes together with basic hand tools and the included hardware.
Vie Air is a go-to name for industrial-grade air movement, and its drum fans are the heart of the lineup. All-metal frames, multi-blade drums, and heavy duty motors are built to run hard in garages, gyms, and warehouses. This 20 inch model brings that reputation for rugged, high velocity cooling to spaces where a household fan simply cannot keep up.

Heat and humidity build in the wrong spots. A 360 degree tilting head lets you send a high velocity stream straight ahead, up at the ceiling, or down to dry a floor.
A fixed-height fan blows over your head or at your knees. The adjustable pedestal raises or lowers the drum so the air lands where people and gear actually are.
Plastic fans buckle in hot garages and shops. An all-metal frame and five-blade drum move big volume and take daily abuse without warping or rattling.
Box fans flex and stall against heat and distance. A metal drum fan drives a tighter, stronger stream that carries across a garage or gym.
A little floor fan cools one chair. This 20 inch drum moves industrial volume to cover a full work bay or open room.
Ceiling fans only stir the air above you. A tilting drum on an adjustable stand puts high velocity air right at the work zone.

It makes wind lots of wind
I put this on one of alexa's controlled plugs, set it on high, because that's all I need. I turn my room into a friggin' wind tunnel every night. High velocity sleep noise. I love this thing.
Good heavy duty fan
Good heavy duty fan. Has some shipping damage on the base, a few dents. Not bad but just part of the experience. No one even noticed it and they were all hands on when it was being put together. Not something I would complain about but it's there. Vibrated a bit out of the box, not as bad as another fan I tried. Straightened the blades and is perfect now. Turned it on, puts out a bit of air, wife told me to turn it on full and I complied. Now she has to pick up everything that blew around the room. I like it.
