Brings back childhood memories with some of todays features.

I actually won a gift card used to purchase this little boombox from playing games on my phone. I had to have it when I seen it because it looks a lot like the boom box I had when I was a kid in the 80's. With some of todays features like blue tooth, makes it even better. I was able to play a mixed tape I made years ago in and listen to it for the first time in over 20 years. Definitely recommend purchasing this boom box. One happy customer.

Radio/Cassette/Player/Recorder with Equalizer

I have two of these radio/cassette/player/recorder and had a third until the volumn stopped working. However, this radio unit is exactly what I wanted to record and create music variation.

Great starter!

This is a well done radio/cassette player for starting out, I like the build quality, it isn't bad. Although there's a lot of static on the radio feature, and the turning has to be really precise. The cassette player is great, but the rewind and forward button are backwards.

Awesome retro boom box with an embarrassingly cheap garbage volume knob like wtf

I use this thing as the sole sound system in my 2500 sq/ft bike shop and we love the bluetooth and radio. What blows is the comically hard-to-adjust volume knob. I mean if a fly lands on this thing it's + or - 60DB The only reason we just laughed instead of sending it back is because the price is right, even for something with such a blatant defect. Buying this is like getting paid $200 to get kicked in the shin by a midget. Not pleasant but I'd do it again.

Just Received

I am trying to record from cassette to USB. The instructions with the machine do not work. Has anyone else done this.

Loud little sucker

This thing is awesome! Sound quality is actually a lot better than what I thought gets better reception than some of the nicer boom boxes. With all the features it makes it very easy and handy. Great buy.

Enjoy the retro look with cassette player

Enjoy the retro look with new technology features such as USB ports for mp3 play option. Very easy to use. Sound quality is not the best. Small size and could be better on a large scale.

Not a bad radio for the price

Bought it for my 13 year old son because he had found some old cassette tapes and wanted to listen to them. So he would know the struggles of my day and age. He sooe found out when he couldn't work the radio it has the turn knob with the sliding red line, he was like the radio don't work lol. Oh how the younglins have no clue of the struggle. Then he listened to his cassette tapes and after about 30 minutes came to me and and I Quote" OMG do you know there more than one song on here its a whole album hahaha. All joking aside he likes it now that he knows how to operate it. The volume is very sensitive he trys to listen to it at bedtime to go to sleep. He has a hard time getting it between no sound or to loud. It's not the greatest on sound quality either of course it's small, smaller than expected but has alot of features. You get what you pay for when it comes to sound quality most of the time. That's my 3 cents over and out.

Amazing technology

So, for the $35 I paid for it, I got a tape player, radio receiver, and (this is the part that surprises me) a little computer*. It does what it says it will, and does it well. The sound quality isn't amazing, but it's certainly good enough to fill my kitchen with music. I really didn't expect to enjoy this thing as much as I do. It seems to play MP3 files on USB in timestamp order, which i didn't expect but it's cool since it's easily manipulated. (At least, on Linux. I dunno how Windows users could except manually. There's probably a Powershell way.) *It doesn't run Windows or anything, but it understand file systems, USB Storage, Bluetooth, MP3 files, and probably a few other things I haven't used. I haven't taken it apart, but there's got to be a little computer in there, probably running Linux or an RTOS of some sort. It's amazing to me that we live in an age where such computer power is available so casually, and cheaply.
