A white set is easy, but it can feel cold on a farmhouse table. Elama Country Cottage frames a full 16-piece stoneware set in a multicolor tile-pattern rim of red, green, blue and orange, so the table looks inviting from morning coffee to Sunday supper. Each of the four place settings includes a 10.5 inch dinner plate, an 8 inch salad plate, a 6 inch bowl, and a 12 ounce mug. The stoneware is microwave and dishwasher safe, so it works as your everyday dishes, not a set saved for company.

Key Features

• Multicolor tile rim: red, green, blue and orange tiles that suit farmhouse, cottage, and country kitchens.
• Mugs in the set: four 12 oz mugs mean morning coffee matches the dinner table.
• Full-size dinner plates: 10.5 inches across, sized for a real main course.
• Sturdy stoneware: a thick, solid body that feels substantial in hand.
• Microwave safe: reheat soup, leftovers, and coffee right in the piece.
• Dishwasher safe: cleanup is as easy as loading the rack.

What's Included

In the box: four 10.5 inch dinner plates, four 8 inch salad plates, four 6 inch square bowls, and four 12 ounce mugs, all in Elama Country Cottage stoneware.

Before You Buy

• It is a service for four. Larger households or frequent hosts will want a second set.
• Stoneware has weight. A stack of four dinner plates is heavier than porcelain, so store them on a sturdy, easy-to-reach shelf.
• The mugs hold 12 ounces. Fans of oversized mugs may want a larger mug set for coffee.

Perfect For

• Farmhouse and cottage-style kitchens
• Everyday breakfasts, lunches, and family dinners
• First apartments and new homes that need a complete set with mugs
• Fall and harvest tables with wood and linen accents
• Wedding registry and housewarming gifts

Care & Use

• Dishwasher safe. Load pieces so they do not knock against each other during the cycle.
• Microwave safe for reheating. Keep it out of the oven, broiler, and stovetop.
• Stoneware holds heat, so use a towel or mitt when lifting a piece out of the microwave.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring boiling water into a cold mug.
