• It is a stovetop set, not oven cookware. Gibson marks the set not for use in conventional or microwave ovens, so finish casseroles and roasts in a separate oven-safe dish.
• The frying pan does not come with a lid. The three glass lids fit the Dutch oven and the two saucepans. The 9 in frying pan is sold open.
• Polished stainless is not nonstick. Preheat the pan, add a little oil or butter, and let food release on its own before you flip it.
