Why it earns its spot
Aim it exactly where you want
Adjustable height and a tilting head let this tower fan point air at the couch, the bed or the workbench, on 3 speeds you can set in a second, so the breeze lands on you and not on the ceiling or the wall.
Fits the way you live
A fan only helps if it fits your space. This tower fan is easy to move and set where the heat is, and it stores away just as easily when the season turns, so you are not tripping over it in a hallway all winter.

How it compares
Against a bulky pedestal fan
A slim tower delivers room-filling airflow from a narrow upright footprint, so it fits beside a nightstand or desk where a wide-base pedestal simply will not go.
Against a window AC unit
It costs far less to buy and run, needs no install, and moves cooling air where you are rather than trying to chill the whole room at once.
Against a basic box fan
A tower oscillates to spread air evenly and looks at home in a living room or bedroom, instead of sitting square in a window blocking the view and the light.
Does this tower fan come with a remote?
No. The 32-inch F-8449WH uses push-button controls on the unit. For a remote, step up to Optimus's 48-inch or 59-inch tower models.
