Three dishes at three temperatures on one buffet station, so everything stays hot until the party ends.

Every buffet has the same problem: the queso goes cold while the meatballs scorch. The MegaChef MC-1203 solves it with three 2.5-quart ceramic pots in one 31-inch stainless station, each with its own Warm, Low, and High knob. Dips stay dippable, sides stay hot, and you stay out of the kitchen.
Can each pot be set to a different temperature?
Yes. Every pot has its own control knob with Warm, Low, and High settings, so three dishes can each hold their own heat level at the same time.
Are the pots dishwasher safe?
Yes. The three 2.5 qt ceramic inserts lift out and are dishwasher safe, or you can wash them in warm soapy water. The base itself wipes clean and should never be immersed.
Will it trip a breaker with all three pots on High?
No. This is buffet-style gentle heat, 140 watts per pot on High, so the whole station draws less than a toaster and runs on any standard household outlet.
Can it cook, or only keep food warm?
Both. Low and High slow-cook dips, sauces, and party portions right in the pots, while Warm holds finished dishes at serving temperature for the length of the party.
How much food does it hold?
Each pot holds 2.5 quarts, for 7.5 quarts total, which comfortably feeds a crowd when split across a main dip, a side, and a sauce.
Set the server on a level, heat-safe surface with the anti-slip feet planted and load each ceramic pot before switching its knob on. Use High to bring dishes up to temperature, Low for gentle slow cooking, and Warm for serving. Park lids on the removable lid rests to keep drips off the table. After the party, switch all knobs off, unplug, and let everything cool. Wash the pots in the dishwasher or in warm soapy water, wash the glass lids and lid rests, and wipe the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water.
MegaChef builds entertaining-friendly kitchen gear that works as hard as the host, from flatware and cookware to slow cookers and buffet servers found in homes across the country. The brand favors practical engineering: real stainless bodies, mechanical knobs with no menus to learn, and serving details like lid rests that show someone actually thought about party night.

Running plates from the kitchen means missing the game. Load three 2.5-quart ceramic pots once, set the knobs, and the buffet serves itself while lids rest neatly on their own holders.
A great party should not end with an hour of scrubbing. The ceramic pots lift straight out and go in the dishwasher, and the stainless base just needs a quick wipe.
One station sized for a real crowd.
One large crock means one dish and one temperature for the whole party. Three separate 2.5-quart pots with their own knobs keep a dip, a side, and a main each perfectly held.
Juggling three appliances eats three outlets and a whole counter of mismatched cords. This single 31-inch station plugs in once and lines all three dishes up in matching stainless.
Chafers need fuel cans, water baths, and constant babysitting. This server plugs into the wall, actually slow-cooks on Low and High, and switches to Warm when the crowd arrives.

no spoon rest
I wish this product had a spoon rest. The lid rests work great. The product performs beautifully.
Great for the Holidays!!
I bought this product for Thanksgiving, and chose this brand for it's great reviews here and on social media. The product seems very well-made and solid. It has low, high, and a warm setting, making it superior to other small crock pots that are only good for heating up hot dips, etc. It's also a very attractive appliance that will look great at any buffet-style affair.
time saver in the kitchen
I LOVE THIS! I try to cook meals for families and this limits the amount of dishes I have to use to give out, and then get returned to me. Put foil in the bottom, turn on low, have a family stop by and pick up the crocks 1, 2, or all 3. Easy to handle, breeze to clean (with foil) and the 3 temp setting is wonderful!
Excellent for complete dinner meals
Worked amazing as a one "pot" shabbat dinner maker.... one soup, one meat and potato, and one rice and chicken....prep on Thursday night, put everything in early Friday morning on high, meat and potato left overnight on low.. It did take a while to heat up to a boil though....
Great for small gatherings
Larger than I expected but lightweight once you remove the pots. Nice quality, worth the price. I just hope it stands the test of time! Otherwise happy with purchase, perfect for small to midsized parties/events.
