Why buy from CurbGo
At a Glance
Plain white salad plates disappear on a dressed-up table. The Elama Paul set gives you six 8 in stoneware plates in a matte black glaze, each finished with a thin gold rim. A flat base keeps them steady, and a raised rim holds dressing, berries, or a slice of cake in place. The size works for a first-course salad, dessert, or a cheese course, and the plates mix easily with white or black dinnerware you already own. Hand wash them to keep the gold edge bright through years of dinner parties.

The thin gold rim catches candlelight and gives the plates a finished, formal edge. It suits holiday tables, anniversary dinners, and any night you want the table to feel a little more special than usual.
Black and gold plates mix easily with white dinner plates, black bowls, wood boards, or brass flatware. Add them to the dishes you already own for a layered setting without replacing the whole cabinet.
Six plates for a first course in style.
White plates fade into the background. Matte black with a gold edge makes the first course the centerpiece.
High-gloss glazes throw glare under table lights. The matte finish reads softer and more modern.
Melamine feels light and casual. Stoneware has the weight of a real dish that suits a dinner party.

High quality side plate for an elegant dinner
Beautiful, durable, quality small dinner plates that evoke quality and sophistication. The subtle gold rim is an elegant feature. Feels substantial but not too heavy in your hand, and surface does not scratch like some other matte finish stoneware plates. Perfect size for a side dish. I already use mine every day.
Pretty and sturdy
Although it's pretty much my own fault for not looking more carefully at the size (that info is buried pretty deep on the page), I'm still knocking off a star because they're at least an inch smaller than standard salad plates. Aside from that, they're very pretty with the gold trim. Nice and sturdy but not super heavy. They'll work well for sandwiches, goopy desserts or cohesive salads (like coleslaw or macaroni or potato) but not for green salads.

Very nice!
I'd exclude the negative reviews. These are great. All plates will scratch a bit and these do as well but its minimal. Its expected. We love them.
