It arrives fully assembled, so there is nothing to build. Set it down, plug it in and feel the air move.
We would rather you know this now than after it arrives.
Does this fan oscillate?

Do I have to assemble it?
No. It ships preassembled, so you take it out of the box, plug it in and go.

How powerful is a 9-inch fan?
This compact size punches above its footprint, pushing a strong directional stream ideal for spot cooling and moving air in a garage, kitchen or shop.
Impress builds no-nonsense cooling for real spaces, and its all-metal high velocity fans are a favorite for garages, shops and kitchens. This 9-inch model shows why: heavy-duty metal, a corrosion-resistant blade and three strong speeds in a footprint small enough to sit on a bench. It is the kind of tough, simple fan you buy once and keep working.

Gentle room fans barely stir a hot garage. A high velocity blade throws a strong, focused stream that cuts through stale, warm air and cools a workbench or kitchen fast.
Plastic fans warp and rattle in a shop. This one is all metal with a corrosion-resistant blade, so it holds up to garages, basements and humid utility spaces where cheap fans give out.
Flat-pack fans steal your afternoon. This one ships preassembled with no tools, so you unbox it, aim the tilting head and have moving air within a minute.
A box fan pushes soft, wide air that fades across a room. This all-metal high velocity fan concentrates airflow into a strong directional stream that cools a specific spot far more effectively.
A desk fan is built for a quiet office breeze. This metal high velocity fan is built to move air in a hot garage, shop or kitchen where a light desk fan simply cannot keep up.
A tall pedestal fan needs floor space and assembly. This compact 9-inch metal fan sits on a bench or shelf, ships ready to run and aims focused air exactly where you point it.

I use it for my dogs.
Quiet
Nice fit between desktop and full-size fan
This impressive little fan fits a useful niche: it's not as limited as a small, USB-powered desktop fan, but it's not a giant boxy or stand-up fan. It pushes almost as much air as a bigger unit, however, which makes it very versatile. I don't even use the highest setting and it serves a useful function pushing air to the back half of my apartment. And it's not much more expensive than desktop models, and seems solidly constructed. Would definitely recommend!
Satisfied
This item works great
It's attractive and it's simplicity. It worked very well and does not collect dust. I love it.
A very good little fan, which I used by the bedside. It gives you the right amount of air from somewhat mild to very high. I have dropped it numerous times no problem. It collects no dust at all, unlike the plastic fans I would advise, if you need a personal fan, buy it.
