I like the option to extend the warranty, but..

I pick these out a a Christmas gift for my SIL, I think she will love them. However I also want to include the extend warranty for her, which require me leaving a review of a product that I will not be using. I don't want to unpack them to have a look because I will never get them back in the box, So are they great IDK. The best I can do is come back and update once she has opened them and used them.

Very BEAUTIFUL but 1 of my bowls arrived broken.

I love the colors and details so much! They are truly beautiful. The sad part is one of the bowls arrived broken. I received a card in the box stating they could offer a replacement for broken pieces so I will be reaching out to them.

Great plates but….

I love them. But one of my big plates came with a glob of dried clay or something on top. I’ve tried chipping it off little by little. It’s really rough like sand paper. I am pretty disappointed about that.

Gorgeous but not perfect finshes

These dishes are gorgeous but they are not for the perfectionist. By the look of these dishes I can say they do not go through Quality control. The glazing is imperfect you will find spots/areas on one or more dishes with no glaze showing, just bare stoneware or you will have splashes of colors over patterns or missing pattern.

Warranty unavailable on website.

Thesevare very nice. They arrived intact and five stars for that. One has a small paint chip somam concerned about how they will hold up. I would give them a five star except I cannot register them on the Elama website without saying I have read terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are not available! I have written Elama twice and no response.

Great set! a little fragile...

Bought two of these sets to replace the hand me down sets I had aquired. Love the designs and colors! The textures are awesome except when trying to cut on the plates. Love the tappered design of the coffee cups, makes them less prone to tipping over. My only gripe, is that this set seems to chip easier than I would expect.

Beautiful and very well packed.

I like the pattern of this dinnerware. It was packed very well with each size of dish packed in a separate box. The only issue I had is that the pattern is raised and that doesn't really show well in the pictures. I wish it was flat like the inside of the bowls. I have used them and they are so pretty that I will be able to get used to it.
