At a Glance
Setting the table for a full household should not mean juggling chipped hand-me-downs. The Elama Gia set gives six people a complete, coordinated place setting in warm hand-painted stoneware, with the deep and wide bowls that real meals actually need. It reads like something from a pottery studio rather than a big-box shelf, and it is built to go from the microwave to the dishwasher day after day.

Mismatched dishes, and never quite enough of them, turn dinner into a juggling act. This set seats six with matching plates and bowls, so a full table eats together without anyone waiting on the next wash cycle.
Most sets give you one bowl that is wrong for half your meals. Gia includes deep 24 oz bowls for soup and cereal and wide 38 oz bowls for pasta and salad, so every dish finds a proper home.
Studio pottery costs a fortune and chips fast. These hand-painted stoneware pieces bring the same warm, speckled character to your table at an everyday price, and they go straight into the microwave and dishwasher.
The specs that decide whether a set fits your table.
Generic four-person sets leave two guests without a plate. Gia serves six with matching dinner plates, salad plates and two bowl sizes, so a full household sits down together.
Many sets include a single all-purpose bowl. Gia pairs deep 24 oz soup bowls with wide 38 oz pasta bowls, covering cereal, chili, salad and pasta without compromise.
Plain white factory sets look like everyone else's. Gia's hand-painted swirl and speckle give each piece an artisan, collected look you usually pay studio prices for.

Great look and warranty service
I love the dish set. Such a nice weight and size. I can use for everyday and will be nice for holidays as well! One plate had a chip and I called the Elama warranty line and they are sending me a replacement. I love that kind of service !!

Really like these
Nice set
I they arrived beautifully- I like these dishes sizes of items- not to heavy- my one complaint is that they have scratched my new table - I don’t know what to do about that-
Love These
Love this set. Arrived right on time. Very nice set.
Great set overall, but darker in color than pictured.
Received my plates in excellent condition. The glaze on one of the small plates was slightly bubbled on the plate surface, but I was honestly expecting more imperfections across the whole set (as one would tend to expect with ceramic/stoneware items). Overall, I'm very happy. The cream color is a little darker, more beige and the black speckles are a little more prominent/bigger than they appear in the image, so I was slightly disappointed with that, but they're still really good looking... I was just wanting something a little bit lighter. The weight and size of the plates are also good, and this was one of the only sets I found with two bowl sizes (soup & pasta), NO MUGS (the last thing i need in my life is another mug...i don't even drink coffee and i have a million) and place settings for 6. We are replacing a set with service for 8, and that was too many. Four would work, but it's nice to have an extra plate or two for company or if I just don't want to wash the dish from the night before! Again, all in all, great purchase, great price... just know they are more beige/light tan than off white/cream.
