These barstools are absolutely perfect for my small counter and table. I purchased 4 and easily put them together. The seat is super sturdy and I find them comfortable. The color was consistent in both packages and they look expensive. The worst part of this product is the silver ring that goes around the bottom that others mention in reviews. It feels like it's made of tin foil but luckily it's just a small piece at the bottom.

I received these barstools quickly and with no damage whatsoever. They were easy to assemble. I was able to accomplish that task alone and in about 10-15 min/stool. The rattan looks very sturdy and there seems to be no flaws in it anywhere. They're not the most comfortable to sit in, not just because of the ratan, but because it is adhered to the structure of the seats, so there's no give to it, like you world find in regular ratan furniture. This however, I think will give them a longer lifespan, especially if used outdoors, since the ratan is not put to that stress. They are not terribly stable. The cushioning underneath the base I think could be less dense and/or thicker (I, will probably do this myself), so it would absorb more of the pressure put upon it when someone is sitting on them, and would be able to compensate better for floors which are not entirely level. Perhaps the bases could even be heavier to aid in this too. The chrome looks sturdy and even, the one down side is the chrome plated plastic flange between the base and the rod. I understand it's not a functional piece of the stools, but we all know chrome plating on plastic doesn't last, and it looks cheap. They are however, very attractive, I do like the way they look. I was attached to the molded plastic ones, but the addition of the ratan cover is a definite improvement. Overall, I think they're a good value for the price (and the darker ones are even less expensive). I would recommend them.
