Lack of adjustability
Bought to replace a similar heater for a 6' x 12' bathroom. Decided on B&D in the hopes it would last longer than the no name brand which lasted 3 years. Unfortunately, this one has no way to turn it down. It's hot, hotter, and burning hot. Fan speed is fast, faster, and fastest, so that doesn't help either. Might be ok for a larger room, but definitely won't work for what I wanted.
