I make breakfast for my kids every morning, and after several weeks of using it, I still love this griddle. Yeah, it's got hot spots, but they're way more manageable on this griddle than with others I've used. And the warming drawer is heaven, since I make bacon too and my kids won't eat pancakes with bacon grease (who are these children?!). The plug is a little loose - twice I've turned it on and come back to find out it's not hot, but if I make sure to push it in each time I turn it on it's fine. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase :-)

Griddle works great but temperature is higher than it says.

I love the warming tray on this, although I have yet to use it. I cook so much with this griddle and it works pretty good. I will say, the temperature control on it is off a little bit and it does get very hot very quick, so you really want to adjust it to lower than you would think it should be at. You want 300 degrees, set it at 275.

This was bought as a gift so when it arrived we were concerned about indented outside box. When taking it out of delivery box the inside box was also damaged. We saved the receipt in case a return was necessary but the griddle was not damaged. The recipient has used the griddle and has enjoyed it.

Love my new griddle, heats quickly, great nonstick surface, and warming tray works perfectly. Just wish the warming tray was a little bigger.

VERY Happy with this item!!

I'm not much of a cook and I bought this mainly for making pancakes. The first time I used this I wasn't all that impressed with it. I estimated 350 degrees with the controller (as suggested) and they came out pretty good, but not near as perfect as I like. I tried it again a few weeks later and set the controller to the max setting and made up my batter while it heated up. So it's been on about 2 minutes by this time and I poured my batter on the grill and had 6 four inch pancakes going at once. It took about 30 seconds to make 6 PERFECT pancakes, TOTAL TIME about 3 minutes (or LESS) to cook my breakfast!!! A super time saver item that is both Fast and Economical, I'm VERY HAPPY I bought this Griddle. While still hot, I wipe the surface with some paper towels and when cool spray the surface with soapy water and again wipe it with the paper towels and it cleans up as Fast and Easy as it cooks!
