Add instant cooking convenience anywhere with the Brentwood TS-322 Single Electric Burner. This compact 1000-watt portable hot plate uses a durable cast iron heating element with adjustable temperature control, making it a natural fit for small kitchens, dorm rooms, offices, or as a spare burner when you need extra cooking space during a big meal.
We would rather you know this now than after it arrives.
How powerful is it?
It is a 1000-watt single burner with a cast iron heating element for fast, even heat.
Can I control the temperature?
Yes. A thermostat-regulated rotary dial adjusts heat from a gentle simmer to a high sear.
What cookware works on it?
Any flat-bottom pot or pan works on the cast iron surface. It is not an induction burner, so no special cookware is required.
Is it safe to leave running?
It has an automatic thermal-fuse shutoff for overheat protection, but do not leave any hot plate unattended while cooking.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it, let it cool completely, then wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Never immerse the burner in water.
Before first use, run the burner empty on high for a few minutes in a well-ventilated room to burn off any manufacturing residue; some smoke and odor on that first run is normal. Always unplug the burner and let it cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the housing and cooled element with a damp cloth and dry it, and never immerse the unit in water. Keep the burner on a flat, stable surface with clearance from walls and combustibles, and do not leave it running unattended.

Holiday cooking runs out of range space fast. Slide this out for the gravy or the extra pot, then wipe it down and tuck it back in a drawer when the crowd goes home.
A cast iron element spreads heat evenly and holds it steady, so a simmer stays a simmer. Just remember it stays hot after you turn the dial down, so lift the pan when you want to stop cooking fast.
What you get on the counter.
A thin coil burner runs hot in the middle and cool at the edges. A cast iron element spreads heat across the whole surface, so a pan sears and simmers without scorching one spot.
Many cheap plates offer just on and off. A thermostat-regulated dial holds a set heat from gentle simmer to high sear, so you actually cook on it rather than just boil water.
A bulky single burner ends up left out. This one is compact and light with a wipe-clean body, so it slides into a drawer or cabinet the moment the meal is done.

Funciona perfecto
Muy bueno
good cooker
good quality, works great, durable, easy to install, looks great, cooks quick, nice size, easy to control
Safe, easy to use, can do anything
I am able to boil things in a pot, cook in a pan, it's quick, efficient and easy to use.
Light weight and effective. Bought it twice
5/12/24: the first one which I bought back in 2019 started to die on me. Since I liked it so much I ordered it again. This 2nd one has a stronger heating coil. I'm able to cook faster and at lower temperature settings than with the 1st unit. ... which makes it a better buy than the first one! Original review: I use this product often to heat up water and cook Ramen or spaghetti noodles. So far it's held up over the past several years and always gets the job done. Also easy to pack away when I'm done using it to free up counter space. Would buy again!
Easy to carry. Easy to use. Great for travel.
Texas had a statewide power outage in February. After a week with no power and freezing temperature we were luck enough to get a motel room. The motel had stopped serving any kind of food because of the virus! There was a small microwave and small refrigerator. We took some food from home so we weren’t hungry but if I had this burner we could have had eggs and bacon etc. We have a travel trailer and this is just perfect for use in the trailer when we don’t want to use the propane.

CurbGo hunts for the well-made version of everyday things and skips the markup. A portable burner should heat evenly on real cast iron, hold a temperature you set, and pack away small, without costing what a second stove would. The Brentwood TS-322 does exactly that, so extra cooking space is always one outlet away.
