After selecting the Brentwood sandwich maker for the price, I admit it, the product is fantastic. I spray the bread rather than the surface as recommended by the manufacturer and if you do not over fill meaning no you cannot put five slices of cheese and not expect a mess. If your bread is thick sliced, just don't latch close and it will be fine. You MUST watch as the process takes only a few minutes. I found it easy to clean by letting it cool and wiping with a damp paper towel. I would point out that the two feet under the Brentwood have very tiny rubber inserts probably to avoid damaging the counter. Mine fell out but there does not seem to be any problem. Maybe you could glue them in...since my dog and cat eat anything dead or alive, I pay attention to these things.

We bought this sandwich maker for a trip to the beach. Our hotel room did not have a full kitchen and I was weary of using any appliances that were available. The sandwich maker was PERFECT! It was easy to use and didn't take up much space. A loaf of bread and imagination gave us so many possibilities!

This is a very nice griller. The only thing I found is that it is kind of difficult to clean afterwards, because there is a small edge all the way around it and when the cheese gets inside, it's really a pain. Otherwise, it works great!

Its ok

Nothing to rave over but it works, and does make good sandwiches, but has the same old problem my other unit had, and that is that the bread does tend to stick a bit and needs a bit of prying to get them out. for the price how can you complain it works.

Simple and Cheap

I bought this for parents in law and they simply loved it. It's very easy to use and clean and also its a non stick based. Sometimes you just need a cheap but good product for your relatives. I bought this little over month ago and it does the job really well.
